How do I schedule a photoshoot?

Start by checking out my website to view my portfolio and services. Then, reach out to me via instagram, DM, my website contact page, or at dobrzykowskaphoto@gmail.com. Let me know what type of session you’re interested in, your preferred date, and any other details. I’ll walk you through the process, answer your questions, and help plan your perfect shoot!

Photoshoot reservation fee

To secure your date, a reservation fee of 300 PLN is required. This fee will be deducted from the total session cost (e.g., if the service costs 650 PLN, you pay 300 PLN upfront and 350 PLN on the day of the session).

Please note that additional services, such as studio rental, makeup, or hairstyling, are not included in the session price and must be covered separately.

If you’ve purchased a Voucher, the reservation fee does not apply:

  • Photoshoot Gold: Includes studio rental.

  • Photoshoot Diamond: Includes studio rental and selected services.

Vouchers

You can purchase a voucher for yourself or as a gift for someone special. Each voucher has a unique identifier and can only be used once. Vouchers expire 1.5 years after purchase.

Will my photos be published?

Only if you agree, without your consent I won’t publish any photos.

How long will I wait for my photos?

My usual turnaround time is 6–8 weeks, as I take great care in editing each image and managing a queue of ongoing projects.

If you need your photos sooner, I offer expedited delivery for an additional fee:

  • Photos in 3 weeks: 200% of the chosen service price

  • Photos in 4 weeks: 170% of the chosen service price

  • Photos in 5 weeks: 150% of the chosen service price

Can I select my photos?

Yes, you can! Before the session, you can choose one of two options:

  1. I’ll select and deliver the final retouched images for you (default).

  2. I’ll send you a preselected gallery of unedited photos for you to choose from for retouching. Please note that unedited photos cannot be published unless you purchase the entire set.

Can I get raw photos from our session?

I don’t provide raw photos as part of the standard package, as the final images reflect my professional editing and artistic style. However, if you’re specifically interested in purchasing raw files for your own use and postproduction, we can discuss this as a separate service. Let me know if you’d like more details!

Why don’t you provide raw photos?

The final edited images are a direct reflection of my work and artistic vision as both a photographer and retoucher. They represent my aesthetic and the quality potential clients expect. To maintain consistency and ensure my work is accurately represented, I only deliver fully edited photos.

I need to reschedule

Need to reschedule? Here’s how it works:

  • If no additional services (e.g., studio, makeup) have been booked, rescheduling is free.

  • You can reschedule once, free of charge, up to one week before the session date.

  • Rescheduling or canceling within one week will result in the loss of the reservation fee.
    If additional services were booked, you’ll need to cover any associated fees.

Is there an option for TFP?

Occasionally, I accept TFP collaborations, but this is decided on a case-by-case basis. I typically work with experienced individuals or those offering unique skills that fit my creative vision.

Important details:

  • TFP results may take longer to deliver compared to paid sessions.

  • I don’t offer TFP to business clients, including modeling agencies.

If we collaborate on a TFP basis, you agree to:

  • Allow the photos to be published on my website and social media.

  • Receive a final selection of edited images without the option to choose unedited previews.
